alright. my favourite day of the week just got to be wednesday, which also happens to be my longest day ? 8.30am -5.30pm. for goodness sake, any varsity student that has more than one long day in their weekly timetable should just seriously pray baygon in their nostrils and just DIE!

but anyway, yeaps , wednesday has my sociology/anthropology class which by far is really the most interesting elective/mod i have taken so far. well ,this class primarily focuses on Islam and its sociological influence on sea. OH comeon, dont discredit it as yet. I know how religons and history may bore all sane people, but seriously, it's so darn interesting.

okaye. but anyway , i just realised something.

isnt it amazing how with the increase in affluence , emanicipation of people and widespread of democratic and meritocratic ideals, societies can still undergo infantillisation?

infantilisation - the over excessive tendencies and pursuit of infantile rubbish , or the societal phenomenon where's there's stunted interllectual development in adults to indulge in activities/interest are deemed as child like.

are good and efficient politicians the culprit of infantillisation? where people are slowly losing their primal instincts to fight for their own survival to the extent that they may merely be puppets with their future and actions determined and spoonfed by the ruling bureaucracy/government ? and they just get dumber and dumber-er.

HMM. is there such a thing , where people are being too absorbed in their daily struggles that they are brainwashed by their governments into seeing what they are supposed to only see, so much so that they dont see the bigger truths?
e.g. a subconcious political-sociological-cultural influence imbedded into the brains of the masses to want something , only primarily for the sake of wanting it because of its rarity, so they will be too absorbed in that, to only fail to see the more important things. are these instincts inherent in nature or are they shaped over time by societal norms?
hmm okay.like KIASUISM and the hello kitty craze that sent ADULTS WITH RATIONAL MINDS into a frenzy?

hmm. it's almost like a whole civilisation of people being on auto pilot mode, only that the main controls are being toogled by people they know as government.

hmm.

CONFRONT THE REALITY.
SOCIETY IS THE FRAUD.

okaye. i think i better stop before i am sent to the jail for treason and sedition.
